"Mold on ceiling of shower No vent in bathroom Pillows were flat and uncomfortable Mattress uncomfortable We were excited to stay here and experience downtown St. Louis, but left very disappointed with the hotel. Overpriced and will never go back! "

"The breakfast was delicious and all support staff were terrific. The bathroom was a little dirty and the towel handle was just sitting on the wall mount and fell off the moment i first dried my hands. Wasnt a big deal but was odd. It was a very busy weekend for them and i understand that not all things can take priority. Overall 5 stars!"

"I accidentally left my jacket in my room that had quite a bit of cash in the pocket. When I realized it was left about 5 hours after we left I contacted the front desk and the housekeeping manager and the hotel manager. Nobody returned my calls or email. I called back multiple times asking for help. Bottom line is they don’t care about their guests and the housekeeping team clearly has dishonest employees on staff.I recommend you do NOT stay here."
