"My issue with this hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the flags blowing and hitting the wall right by your door. We also booked a pool side room , but instead received a room up a flight of steps, no elevator. Expedia also stated that there was a bar on site, but that is not correct. "The casitas and lobby staff are terrific. The hotel is such a nice special space that they made feel secluded even though it’s on the main road. Almost everyone who works there is lovely. The room was always cleaned wonderfully and the amenities by the pool are great. I would never stay anywhere else in Aruba again. "

"Maybe Im overreacting but there was no way to contact staff, no "reception" area, and is far from all amenities. I chose this place because it stated I would have Expedia VIP benefits (a bottle of wine) and that seemed nice to unwind after a stressful day. But there was no wine. No person to contact. No nearby stores. I was majorly disappointed because it wasn't the experience I was expecting when I booked. "
