However, on my last day, the checkout time should be 11am, but a cleaning staff started to knock my door and pushed me to leave at around 9:30am. And I was offended by her annoying words and body language, which made me really upset and gave me a bad impression at last minute."

"Suite was perfect for us - we were upgraded to something a bit larger to help with our requirements. No complaints, comfortable beds, everything was perfect. Only one issue - not the hotel’s fault - partners that came in late one night and slammed the doors and talk loudly at about 2:30am! But you can never predict your neighbours when travelling - and it was short lived! We would definitely stay again. "
