The stay was amazing. The only issue we had was the staff member who works in the office banged on the door instead of doing a proper knock . The owners were very polite on the phone. The lady in the office needs to learn custom service a little better .

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
A remotely managed hotel. No staff on site. Half the rooms are under construction? No swing bar latch to stop door if someone enters the room unwelcomed, which did happen. They gave our door code to someone who entered our room. It was a mistake, but was unable to sleep restful the rest of the night. The person who answers the phone is friendly and helpful. Reported the unexpected entry of our room the next day and the feedback was taken. Generally, I do not give my business to these remote places, as I prefer an establishments that support the community by employing locals and such. I missed it was "contactless" which translates to customer service-less.
