"Brand new hotel, nice room but not ready for service"

"ห้องสะอาด วิวสวยงาม อุปกรณ์ครบ มี heater ไว้ตอนอากาศเย็น"

"Good facilities; the room is clean and smells good, I like it. But it doesn't have balcony and you can't open the window. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this property. The views were gorgeous and there was plenty of space for our family to all have bedrooms and then come together in the main living spaces. We did feel like some of the furniture could use updating, and there were a lot of stairs (which was fine for our group, but could be difficult for some people). "no useful amenities were in the room, no basic ! door was hard to lock. small room, not great. staffs are nice but feels like not open to help."

"Space to walk, restaurants, gym and pool. Lovely environment"

"This hotel brought a unique touch compared to my experience across many hotels. Location was great, views were fantastic. Felt a personal touch through the free surprise offerings each day. Hotel was also clean with great vibes. Would revisit and skip on trying a new accomm around Queenstown"

"ไม่คุ้มราคา ระเบียงไม่เป็นส่วนตัวมีรถวิ่งเข้าออกที่จอดรถผ่านหน้าห้องพัก วิวมีหลังคาจากอีกตึกบัง รถรับส่งเข้าตัวเมือง รับส่งไม่ตรงสถานที่ตามที่ระบุ"

"Very conveniently located, equipped with everything I needed, clean and great view of the lake."

"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed. Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."
