"Difficile de donner une cote aujourd'hui ... nous avons eu une nuit au AVRA en transition de fin de voyage. À notre arrivée l'hôtel n'avait pas d'électricité donc entendons nous qu'il n'est pas possible de faire grand chose dans cette situation là. C'était un peu chaotique mais hors de notre contrôle et de celui des employés. Nous avons tout de même été bien bien que je ne comprenne pas que dans un hotel il n'y ait pas de génératrice. L'électricité n'est jamais revenu d'ici notre départ donc la douche froide était bien froide. Je comprends que c'est hors du contrôle des gens de l'hotel mais ça faisait cher payer pour une chambre sans ses utilités. Le staf de l'hotel nous a suggéré de faire une plainte pour un rabais (un crédit) sur le prix de notre chambre. Ce que nous avons fait à notre arrivée et nous n'avons reçu aucune nouvelle de AVRA. Un peu déçue évidemment de ne même pas avoir reçu un retour de courriel. Sinon déjeuner correct le lendemain matin mais sans plus pour ma part. J'imagine que quand l'électricité est là tout va mieux. Mauvais timing pour nous on dirait. Mais une génératrice aurait aidé au moins à prendre une douche et rechargé nos cellulaires pour la suite de notre voyage."

"All inclusive resort. The resort itself is well maintained with good selection of drinks and food. The staff are not friendly at all. They are quite abrupt and rude. We were given only a single flat pillow in the room. When we enquired if it’s possible to get another pillow the front desk was brash and flatly refused. We also asked if it’s possible to charge our phone when we were waiting to check in and we were refused saying “we don’t provide that.” Apart from the staff being abrupt , the resort was a good stay for a night. The rooms are quite old and tired looking."

"The property is new. I think this is the second year of operation, and it looks well maintained and pretty nice everywhere. The staff are well trained, and they understand the needs of the guests well. The restaurant is fantastic, and the food is very, very, very nice. Breakfast was fantastic, with a very good spread and a great variety, satisfying our family's needs well: my wife, myself, and our three children. The beach was nice as well, and the staff were very helpful there. The kids' swimming pool was also nice, and the restaurant there was also nice. The food was very good, highly recommended, and we hope to visit again soon. My wife and son enjoyed the spa as well, and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool on the last day of our stay. Highly recommended."

"Due to a flight cancellation we had a surprise stay at Hotel Myrto. Although the hotel is older, everything was clean and well maintained. The pool area was absolutely lovely. The buffet breakfast was worth it with a large mix of hot and cold items. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were spotless. The staff were very helpful with directions and getting taxis."
