Everything was exceptional except the rugs honestly it was real dirty and some little things like the lamps but that didn’t bother me the carpets did. Definitely needs a deep cleaning, wore new white socks and it was dirty within 5 minutes. Other than that I have no complaints the staffs were very helpful and nice.

Kitchen was clean. However 3rd floor was under construction . It would be nice if this info was made available before choosing this property. Rooms are dated and elevator seemed to make a loud noise when you hit the ground floor. Sounded like it was not working properly. Staff was friendly but when checking in I asked the gentleman who appeared to be new to enter my Hilton Honors Points. He forgot too busy mentioning how the system to check in has changed.

This Hilton hotel doesn’t live up to the hotel chain’s reputation. When we arrived, the entry hallway was dirty and unkept. When we got into our room, it was shockingly dirty. The interior doors were literally covered in stains from who knows what. With four children with us, I wiped down the handles and stains as best one can using a washcloth. The ceiling in the main bedroom had stains on it, and the bathrooms were run down and moldy. Breakfast was even more disappointing. The selection was very limited. The fresh fruit was soaked in water, and the eggs were also watery. They ran out of hot oatmeal and when we asked for more, they said there wouldn’t be any more. The staff was pretty helpful and kind, but the condition of this facility needs major improvements as does the quality of the breakfast.
