"Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. "The service all around was very good, especially during the buffet breakfast (delicious!). The room was quite roomy however the cleanliness and condition left more to be desired (marker marks on the blind, smelly fridge, for examples). Overall, a good stay for one night in Bandung"

"This was by far the best experience I have had staying at a hotel. The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan.
