The rooftop relaxation area is very nice, and the view of Serra do Curral makes the place even more pleasant. The room was good and spacious, but the bathroom was quite old and in urgent need of renovation."

"Old, noisy room. Traffic noise through the dilapidated windows. Paint was peeling off the old windows frames. Hair on the shower floor. Hard water stains down the walls in the bathroom. In one of the sinks, the cold water did not work, and judging by the stains around it, it must have been disconnected because it was leaking. Breakfast buffet very poor. Dinner was over priced for poor quality food. Altogether very disappointing, and desperately in need of renovation."
