"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is perfectly located for both sightseeing within Alicante but also for using public transport to and from the airport and visiting towns close by. Our room was ideal for a short city break with a little balcony looking down on the street and they must have excellent double glazing as you barely hear a sound. The rooms are simply decorated but have modern bathrooms and are spotlessly clean . We loved the little extra touches like the complimentary slippers and a mini fridge that was restocked with beer, water and soft drinks allowing us a free drink each per night. The hotel is manned 24hrs and the staff are lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel."

"The room was fairly spacious and it had a bathroom that is like a pod, everything is contained within a capsule, clean and hygienic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ordinary with overcooked hard-boiled eggs, bread, hams, cheese, jams, croissants, juice and coffee. Some guests chose NOT to stack their plates etc, on the trolley so that the next guests could use that table."

"The thermostat was tricky, room was very cold and had to remove the entire room key for the AC to shut off. But overall a very nice small room and clean bathroom within walking distance of Plaza Luceros."

"Don’t think you can fault this place. Everything you could ask for. accommodation is amazing, my family of 4 could live there. food and facilities great. So convenient to the airport and central Alicante and easy access to main roads to get everywhere. Maybe the only thing that could improve it is a more social evening space/bar but then it’s not that type of place. I’m a very keen golfer and I stay here for its quality not the fact it has a golf course, that’s an added bonus."

"Didn’t get our rooms until 4:30pm. In one of them the shower tray had a huge crack in it that they had tried to fix with silicone. Couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. In the other room we found a pair of socks that were not ours. Thin walls between rooms. Staff on check in and the breakfast room were very slow. Same at the bar upstairs. Better downstairs. Needs a bit of TLC and some better training of staff. Good location, nice decor, prices at restaurants and bars not that bad."
