"Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."

Just I ask to clean something inside of my room and take the garbage out ...(we stayed for 3 days ) and they said I can used the towel for clean the floor and the garbage they will take out once we leave (I'm so upset for that, we like to have clean our rooms, but with kids it's sometimes difficult)"

"The staff was very kind. The room doesn’t have carpet however there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the tub. I think it’s great they have an area for people to hangout and bbq. However we were there on business and needed to rest… doesn’t make sense to have that outside of someone’s room. Again, really appreciate the staff being so kind."

"Hot tub was broken Pool area was pretty gross there was lots of hair in the pool and around the pool area. You would literally catch hair in your hands when swimming and step on it when going back to your seat or when getting a towel. The breakfast was overpriced, the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. When I checked in she gave me my room number and key and that was it. Did not explain amenities, did not explain breakfast, did not explain where anything including the elevator was located....

"We stayed two nights there overall was good except when housekeeping put our sheets on the bed before we arrived the sheets were inside out and wouldn't stay on the bed when we woke up the sheets were off the bed, other then that the stay was good"

"Very disappointed with this stay. We waited over 30 minutes at the front desk before anyone checked us in, and when someone finally arrived, he acted like he didn’t want to be there. After checking in, we went to the room only to find it was already occupied. We returned to the front desk and were given another room, but that one was also unacceptable. The floor was sticky, the bed looked cheap, and the sheets were soiled and had hair in them. The bathtub also had visible dirt. At that point, we...

"Was very noisy, between the constant walking around in the room above us, and from what sounded like laundry machines going at night. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Updated older building."

"The property was in excellent condition. Every area was clean and decorative. Staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast had a lot of options. Seen gym and sorry I didn't have time to use any of the equipment. We will use this Hotel every time we're visiting our Family."
