We have informed Expedia about the Hotel being closed, and informed that we needed to move you to another Hotel. We were giving you an upgrade to a 4* Hotel, under the same conditions booked in Velamar. Expedia accepted the change and they were supposed to inform you, as that was agreed beetween them and us. We are sorry if it didn't happend and if you came to a closed Hotel. We have emergency contacts on the door, that you could have called and we would be very pleased to help you and inform about everything.
