Dear Guest, We thank you for choosing our resort for your business trip and very much regret that you had a disappointing experience. We are very sorry for all the inconveniences caused due to a lack of clear communication. The apartments you stayed in are self-catering and although coffee and tea are not provided, irons and corkscrews should have been available. Reception would gladly have provided these if missing. Again, Covid rules require that we remove all collateral from the rooms, including information about the resort and sightseeing but these again would have been gladly provided by reception. Despite the setbacks on this occasion, we hope you will return to the resort or the hotel and give us another opportunity to restore your faith in our services.
