"The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)"

"We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and always have a pleasant stay. Hotel is spacious, has lovely garden settings to walk out, rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, Staff always pleasent and helpful and we have never had any issues. Pool area and steam and sauna rooms are great, although can sometimes get quite busy. Not yet used the spa facilities or the huge golf area as our stays are normally eat, quick pool usage, breakfast and go. Highly recommend"

"It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there). For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating."

"I keep telling myself it’s cheap and cheerful, and it is to some degree.. but it has a 4* sign as you drive in, and this just isn’t the case. Rooms are run down and have needed upgrading for years. The swimming pool has been “ under maintenance” on the 3 occasions I have stayed over the years, so I just question whether it is ever open. The carpets needed hoovering in the hallways and our room. It’s a shame because the bar/ kitchen staff seem to work really hard with what they have and are...

"Didn’t love this hotel. Best thing was the staff. But the rooms are tired. The gas stoves weren’t working, so only pizzas & burgers were available and then we had a fire alarm going off at 3am. So wouldn’t go again."

"Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was a glitch in the admin system which meant it thought I hadn't paid, paid again and then got to room, checked and went back to rectify and said it could take up to 6 days to refund. The room was boiling even though there was a fan in the room, they had no extra fans to help with the warmth which was nearly unbearable on day 1. The room was for 3 people but only set up for 2. "SWIMMING POOL was the main reason I booked this hotel, for my 2 children to have a swim after a long day, it does not say on the web page that you have to pre book, it does not say on the Web Page that it is adult only after 7pm. It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in.
