The room was very nice clean and comfortable. The staff was not friendly I spoke and the young lady just asked if I was checking in not friendly at all.it was very noisy in the hallway starting at 6am
It had a pool, that would have been a plus, but couldn't tell if it was open for the season yet as it had a bunch of stuff in it, needed cleaning.

Stayed for one night and that was for the best. I had a great night’s rest and staff was professional, but a lot of little things made my stay just average. Bathroom had a dirty mop smell, ring in the toilet, and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty. Finally the TV didn’t work (it was plugged in). If I stayed for longer this would have been bad stay.
One of our double beds was dirty with blood and the shower curtain was dirty on the outside. Also the phone didn’t work and the shower leaked from the faucet.
The worst experience I’ve ever experienced in a courtyard by Marriott.
There was no water pressure in the shower which is a pain when trying to wash out long thick hair. A couple of the room lights did not work and there was no regular coffee in our room. Other than those small issues the hotel and room was clean, staff was efficient and friendly.
Overall, a great hotel. The noise level inside the hotel was quite loud. They said there was bachelor party staying there. I wish the hotel had put them away from other guests instead of in the middle of the hotel.
The staff member that left the last night that was there cause she said, "she is tired of this s**t", cursed out our baseball team, parents and coaches for doing absolutely nothing. Luckily they had a person that worked there that was there to help out. Robert was the only person that took care of the issues we were having.

Dangerous bathroom floor
We were given a handicap hotel room with a wheelchair rollin shower. After a shower, the flooring in the bathroom became dangerous. Very slippery. We had to put three towels down in order not to slip on the flooring. The service at the front desk was very slow.
Check in was quick and the concierge was very friendly and efficient. Room was nice and cool at check in and everything was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again
The main issue with this hotel is its staff. They were nearly universally unprofessional and inefficient. The hotel is worn-out, dirty, and located in an area almost as safe as a demilitarized zone. Given those conditions, one would expect management to enforce strict requirements concerning staff quality and conduct. Such is evidently not the case. Avoid this hotel. Avoid the area.
Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor was nasty, had to lay a towel down to keep my feet clean. Beds were hard and staff not as friendly as should be.
Two glaring problems. First was that (in Alexandria, LA), with a parking lot part of the hotel, they charged a parking fee, which I have only seen before in large cities where parking is at a premium. Second, there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee. Instead, guests must buy Starbucks coffee from the hotel and extremely expensive breakfast.
