Only 'complaint' is that I think I read on Expedia that reception closes at midnight... But then told that I could have got into the room even if I had arrived later... "This hotel is always welcoming. I like the peace of the location and the absence of the big chain feel. Staff are like family and hotel has character. Couple of things to note: Room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. Not too much of a problem as the stairs are not steep or narrow.
