"Great Location, Very clean and well maintained. Staff was great. We enjoyed a complimentary wine and cheese buffet, which was very nice. The rooms are purposefully very small but extremely well thought out and well appointed. "

"We booked two rooms for a special occasion - we were allocated the Anne Boleyn and our daughter’s had the Audley rooms, both overlooking St Mary’s Church where we got married. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, dinner in the library was fabulous and breakfast was perfect. We even had good weather. Will definitely stay again"

"The building itself is lovely the location is nice, the bar was nice good selection of drinks and food in the evening was good.staff were lovely we stayed for one night just as a treat for my partners birthday however for what i actually paid for the room it was a slight disappointment the bathroom looked very dated there was a rubber bath matt on the shower floor wrapped in a ribbon that when unrolled had black mold spots all over it fair to say we did not use it we were in a small low ground...

"We had such a lovely weekend at the Old Bell Hotel. The staff is so warm and friendly which definitely made our stay. The property itself is very uniquely decorated and had so much character and charm. The staff accommodated our every need and our room (we booked a junior master) was spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was also delicious! "

"The room was very clean, large, and comfortable. The people working there could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We dealt with three different gentlemen at the front desk and the lovely ladies that served our delicious breakfast and they all went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Bath."

"Location is perfect, close to lots of things to do and see. The staff are all very nice and friendly, can't folt them at all. The room we stayed in could do with a bit of an upgrade in the bathroom and a freshen up but it was still a nice enough stay. Food was beautiful, dining room was very clean and nicely presented. We paid around £100 for an evening meal which included two mains, a shared Camembert to start, and two drinks, but we didn’t feel the quality of the food justified the price tag. The meal itself was quite bland and lacked imagination. The sauce with the main was overly salty, and the bread was extremely dry, as though it had been left...
