"Arrived during a power outage... the generator wasn't working.. so all guests were in the dark.. was told I couldnt check in.. waited an hour for the repair man to fix generator to no avail. Then when they finally allowed me to check in, because the internet was down so was the debit/credit machine for incedentals and pet fee.. i was then demanded to give them all the cash I had on hand or else I couldnt check in... not given a solution like here's your room you reserved months ago.. come to...

"Joysann checked us in. She was very professional, happy and made us feel very welcome. She is the most pleasant desk agent we have ever met anywhere. The upgraded suite was lovely as were all the amenities in the kitchenette. We had a great one night stay before our early flight."

"Property was clean and well looked after. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room and regular cream nit flavored. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Nothing hot unless you made toast or a toaster waffle. Coffee was really good though"

"Between the old smoke smell of the room, broken chair and dishevelled neighbour high on crack it didn't feel safe for my young kids. I'm not planning on staying there again."

"Suite was adequately clean and tidy but the yard was overgrown weeds and grass, stuff lying around. Expedia ad is not clear that the price listed was for 4 people in the 6 person suite. We were charged extra for 6 people in a 6 person suite. Fair charge but not clear in the ad. The fold out couch bed was broken so did not fold out, one person had to sleep on the couch. Sheets and pillowcases for the couches were not in the suite we had to ask for them. Ad says kitchen which was well supplied...
