"I stayed at this hotel with my mother and we had an exceptional stay. The staff were incredible and we felt very spoilt with the VIP perks. Every person we interacted with in the team gave 100% amazing service, the front desk, cleaning staff, wait staff in the restaurants, bar staff, lifeguards, cafe team... literally everyone. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! "Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves."

"Das Zimmer ist renoviert und obwohl es in Richtung Straße ging tatsächlich sehr ruhig. Auch die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und war sehr leise. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, die war soweit auch ausreichend ausgestattet, man könnte ich gut kleine Gerichte selbst kochen, was den Urlaub natürlich erheblich günstiger machen kann. Außerhalb des renovierten Zimmers wirkt das Hotel und die Jahre gekommen und die Poolanlage wirkt anders als auf den Fotos nicht sehr einladend. Aber: Wer...
