"The staff were so welcoming, kind, friendly and always willing to help. The food was good- my kids werenā€™t fans but they are so picky!! lol The room was clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the maintenance for our room. The TV didnā€™t work, the blind was broken, the lock on the door didnā€™t work AT ALL, and the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was about 2 inch- you can see under it very very easily. Maintenance clearly knew about the blind because he stopped my husband in the hallway saying he will be in to fix the blind in about 30 mins if that worked for us and while my husband had his attention he thought to mention the tv and the lock. Well when we got back that night nothing was fixed. Well didnā€™t mention the gap because thatā€™s not something they could fix quickly but I just feel like that is something they have already fixed when hanging the door. We made it work (my anxious self came up with a way to keep the door secured) I want to be very clearā€¦ NO ONE attempted to break into our room or invade our privacy. We felt safe just wished those things were corrected. So yes, we would recommend!"
