"The staff were fantastic, from the time that I arrived and they advised me about the parking, to the time I checked out and they offered a free late checkout and looked after my 4 bags while I relaxed on the beach for the day. The location is ideal, very close to the beach but in a relatively quiet neighborhood still easily accessible to the Brighton city centre, pier, etc."

"Our room was newly-renovated with a lovely, large bathroom. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and the pub was excellent. Would definitely stay again!"

"Registration was cursory. Certainly not rude, just “fill in your details and here’s your key.” No offer of assistance for two seniors to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. No further information offered. Room was adequate. Shower is traditional British style - in a very high narrow tub, very dangerous for seniors in my opinion. Notice in room that no outside food allowed, and may result in an additional charge. Overall good value for money, but more of a two star than a three star hotel. "

"My 5th time staying at Trading Boundaries. Always clean and the room has everything you could need. Grounds are lovely, especially nice to sit outside in the sun! Delicious continental breakfast and coffee in the morning. I’ll be back again soon!"

I’m a pescatarian so don’t eat meat so they are missing a trick with the Jamaican fayre as Mac & Cheese would have gone down well however great price and warm welcome and will come back again probably before the summer is finished."

"Very nice hotel, a lot more "upmarket" than your traditional seaside hotel. The bed was comfy, air con (not usually needed in the UK but it was 27+degrees the few days we stayed), decent toiletries, great selection of tea and coffee in the room. The type of room we booked included robes and slippers. It's a quite far from the pier if that's the vibe you're looking for. "Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Need a shelf of some kind in shower for shower gel etc, made showering a bit tricky. Could also do with fans in room when hot weather.
