"The guys were amazing, so friendly and helpful. One of the owners helped carry my luggage down to my room as I was travelling solo. He had a helpful map of places I could park and the parking permits I felt were incredibly cheap for parking in Brighton. (Only £10 a day) The room was perfect for my stay, cozy, comfortable and clean. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. "Close to the railway station. Super close to the beach. Front desk had great staff. The seventh floor overlooks the water. Partial view but ok. For full views of the water the grand Brighton it is. Rooms are clean and everything is brand new. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Room size is in the description. Eat at the wetherspoon. Great food and great prices and super close. So this is a great hotel and great value for money. "
