"Check in was okay but when I got to the room it went downhill shade was broken curtain was ripped off the rod and telephone did not work mind you room was facing parking lot then drove back to the front desk to see if I can switch rooms they told me maintenance has to come to see if they can fix the issue then it took them 45 minutes for them to come they came shade would not come down ripped the curtain off the rod and phone still did not work and they had the nerve to say all fixed went back...

The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them."

"Humidity in hotel was at least 100%, smelled Moldy and musty in the room. Mold in ceilings and in bathroom. 5 Dehumidifiers were in the first floor hallway alone. The Heater/AC wasn't working properly in our room #105, it was so humid the floor was sticky with moisture and the linens all felt wet, bedding all layers too, even tissues in tissue box. I have asthma, was hard to breathe. I would have left if it would not have been such an issue to get refund from Expedia. So much rust on...
