Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool.

A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

Personalen var hur bra som helst, förutom en av servitriserna på restaurangen som försökte salta fakturan för dricka. Annars exemplariskt bemötande, daglig städning, rent och snyggt. Hotellet ligger vid havet, har egen pool om man vill använda den.

Our go to hotel in Albena ... Fantastic

For me one of the best hotels in the region. Great rooms great front line location and close enough to the golf courses which is why we come to Albena. One little bit of advice for management... dim the lights in the evening and create a little more atmosphere. Candles on table would help just give it more atmosphere. Apart from that simply excellent

Best hotel in Albena!! My Husband and I were amazed about the entire resort. The service was superb! We were treated like royalty! Very professional employees through every area of the resort. We are looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended!!

Hôtel très bien équipé très propre. Hôtel impersonnel où il y a trop de monde. Le petit déjeuner est très varié mais pour un hôtel de cette catégorie il n’est pas acceptable de servir du café de mauvaise qualité et du jus d’orange qui n’est pas du jus d’orange pressé. La piscine ferme à 18h00 ce qui est beaucoup trop tôt.

A true 5 star hotel. We stayed in a 5 star manhattan hotel few months back. Asked my kids which one was better. Easy pick of paradise blue. Clean, new, comfortable and perfect service. Beach is just next to it. Kids entertainment across the street.

I had great service from the restaurant staff and food was really good. I didn't like being chased on the pool and beach areas (almost daily) to prove that I am their guest. They seemed understaffed in terms of daily rooms cleaning and maintenance (we had to skip some days because, at 2 pm, my child is taking noon nap). Pool and beach service is not 5 stars but overal, I think this hotel is the best choice available in Albena, in terms of comfort and service.

Albena - Jewel of the Black Sea

Amazing stay and fantastic view along the beach and sea. However the hotel had just changed to "winter mode" even though the temperature was still high twenties C and the room was too warm but we couldn't get the air conditioning on due to "winter mode" !!

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend. 2 rooms : 2 adults 3 kids. The hotel is all we asked for. Large rooms, comfortable beds, large TVs, safe and a fridge. The rooms had beautiful designs and very clean. Nice balcony. The hotel was spotless clean- corridors and reception area. We used buffet in am. Food was well prepared. Nice pools and entertainment. The beach is just outside the door. Scheslong and 2 chars provided at the beach. We definitely will use the hotel in the future. It’s great for families with kids. Safe, clean, entertaining and friendly stuff.

Paradise Blue is a brand new hotel in Albena. Hotel was built in 2017 and it is currently the best hotel in whole of Albena resort. Rooms are clean, big and spacious with private balcony. Breakfast and Dinner buffet is just superb. Ours was a family holiday with a 7 year old child and there are plenty of things for kids within the hotel itself. Beach is right next to the hotel which is great. Even though check-in time is 2 PM, front office staff was kind enough in making a room available earlier than check-in time. Would certainly recommend the hotel if you are visiting Albena with family. It is worth paying a bit extra and staying here as you get good value for your money. I have only one issue and that is with ebookers. While booking the hotel, ebookers did not clearly state that drinks are not included. This is my second instance in as many months with ebookers where conditions of booking is not clearly listed on the website. ebookers could do better on this.

The best hotel in Albena

High level hotel, probably the best in Albena. Cleaness of the room could be better - spots on the carpet.. Breakfasts are the same all the time, dinners are great. Very nice staff. Very beautiful and clean hotel.

Steps to the beach. Brand New!

Me and my wife spend a week at the hotel mid-June to end of June and we very impressed with the hotel. The hotel itself is brand new, extremely well designed, the interior design is stunning and very well thought of. The hotel is spotless, our room was cleaned daily without any problems and everyday we walked into a new clean room essentially. The staff is very helpful. They hire some foreign workers from Ukraine and other Russian speaking countries for convenience of the clients who go there so sometimes they may not understand Bulgarian but they speak English. Breakfast is included in most packages, and truth be told, this breakfast is one of the best I have seen, and we travel a lot. It's buffet style with many stations and many choices. Overall, we would go again to the hotel, the experience for us was great. Mid-June is perfect because it is not peak season and there are less people. Thank you for the great experience we had staying at Paradise Blue. We will be back in the future.

Bei diesem Hotel ist wirklich alles perfekt. Vom Einchecken angefangen, Frühstück, Swimmingpools, eigener Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, bis hin zur Bar lässt das Hotel kaum Wünsche offen. Sehr kompetenter und erstaunlich effizienter Service.

Flott hotell, lekkert resepsjonsområde, store og delikate rom og romslig terrasse. Espressomaskin og minibar på rommet, god informasjon om hotellets fasiliteter i egen mappe. Spa med godt nok utvalg av behandlinger, prøvde ut et par av tilbudene, veldig fornøyd. Fint basseng og rikelig med solsenger både ved bassenget og på stranden. Vi vil absolutt anbefale hotellet til andre.
