"The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

"Love this location great place, great room, great staff and great breakfast."

"My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing."

"We stayed before an early morning flight, hotel was very convenient"

"The ability to get to and from the airport with ease and great timing. In the EARLY morning and before the time breakfast was to be laid out, the staff made to-go breakfast bags for those of us with early flights, with a bagel, cream cheese, and apple. She was very pleasant and helpful."

"We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. We put our stuff in our room and left for a birthday party that we flew in for. When we came back later that night, we couldn't get into our room and when we talked to the front desk (which the lady was outside smoking with other patrons so we had to...

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport. This was especially important because we arrived around noon and were unable to check in until the standard 3pm check-in time. While we were fortunate to spend some time with our children and grandchildren while we waited, it was still a bit nerve-racking. We...

"Really clean and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again"

"TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom."

"Rooms were so big and so nice! I loved the kitchen with all the amenities! All the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good! I will definitely stay here every time I visit GR in the future!"

"Friendly staff!"

"Great breakfast and located minutes away from Meijer Gardens."
