Just returned from a 4 night stay . It’s really far from airport 2.5 hours it took by taxi ! we booked last minute and had little choice . Our room was noisy , corridor noise as we were near a lift . You can hear the room next doors tv . Never sat in the balcony as we were over the car park ! Partial sea view was a glimpse to the side . Very dissapointing . We could only change on the 3rd night as hotel full and we didn’t bother by that point . Room fairly basic , good shower and all clean and working , thin towels .The food was plentiful , most things tasted good and were quickly restocked but there was a lot of repitition . The good things about this hotel are its staff work hard to keep everything spotlessly clean . Staff are nice and try to be helpful . It never takes long to get a drink at the bar . The Starbucks open in the afternoon is a nice touch and the lobby coffee shop is nice .

- At first when we arrived the guy working there tried to change our room to a much more expensive and worse than the room we booked - Secondly the rooms were smelly especially the bathroom - Thirdly they don’t understand English and when you try to ask for some info about anything they are not willing to tell u and just say to download an app of their hotel room where u can find all the info which was not helpful - We arrived there around 9pm evening and we were very hungry especially our toddler and they made us wait until 12am midnight as their restaurant buffet (very small buffet) was opening before that they did not offer us anything in terms of food - There is a lady working named Ganet who was at the bar offering drinks I was standing there speaking to her and was giving my order and wasn’t finished at all but instead there was a man standing next to me who came after me so instead of taking my order first she served the other man which I found very rude and unprofessional

vi er så meget skuffet og føler at vi blev snydt af hotelet, vi bestilt et stort værelse til os 4 personer på 64 kvm, men da vi ankom til hotelet viser det sig at de type værlser som de reklamer for på hotel.com findes ikke og de er i gang med at bygge, vi var sur og vrede og ønskede en slags erstatning , men manden i reception begyndt uforskammet at skrige, var så meget uhøflig, og råbte ad os foran alle gæster i receptions område. det er et godt hotel med rigtig dårlig service, folk der arbejder der er slet ikke venlige, de lyver om alt, de lover noget og gør noget andet, de er kun interesseret i at tage vores penge og når de gælder levering af service så er de lige glade. vi blev ved hver eneste dag at kæmpe for at få noget erstatning for det værlse vi blev snydt for, og i den sidste dag vil manden i receptionen give et gratis transport fra alanya til Antalya lufthavn, (500)jeg vil understrege at manden i receptionen(Mehmet) er så uhøflig, så uforskammet, og kender intet til hotel service, det eneste han kan er at råbe og skriger uden at tage hensyn til os eller andre gæster på hotellet. jeg vil aldrig anbefale dette hotel til nogen.

Et bra hotell

Hotellet er veldig koselig. Anbefales for familier med barn og eldre folk. Etter kl.00:00 blir det nesten helt stille, da stopper serveringen av alkohol. Gjestene får servert fantastisk god mat og variasjonen er også stor. Den eneste ulempen vi fant, var at fellesstranden er et godt stykke unna, men hotellet har likevel sin egen liten sandstrand (nøkkelord Liten)

my stay

1-staff was nice people especially at restaurant and bars and housekeeping 2- we stayed 6 nights there ( reserved 3 and we extened 3 nights more) and we paid around 600 USD( we made room upgrade for sea view) but when we asked for late check out for 3 hours they asked 17 usd for that ....??!!!! 3- spa was rude staff (either you reserve some program or they will be rude with you) and they turned off sauna at 5 pm every day in spite off the spa working till 7 30 pm and hammam too. 4- sea side is beautiful and clean 5- food is tasty and assorted. 6- last some strange note , we asked guest relation for plastic bag for towels they gave me some card with website and said write some nice review about our hotel in this site then we will give you this bag .... i think the honest opinion is more valued than that disposable plastic bag 7- wifi was weak inside room and we informed the reception about that several times but nothing changed

dejligt hotel men aldrig igen.

da hotellet er mindre end de store resorter, er udvalget af madvarer ikke så stort, men der er nok at vælge imellem. Det er ikke muligt at få kaffe før klokken 7.00. Var det ikke for musikken, var vi taget tilbage. Vi var der i 12 dage. De første 8 dage var det den samme techno musik der blev spillet højt ved poolen. Jeg sagde til hende der sidder ved siden af receptionen, og derefter blev der spillet forskelligt techno musik højt ved poolen. Ved snackbaren blev der spillet den samme tyrkiske eller russiske techno musik højt hele dagen og aften i alle 12 dage. Altså samme plade/cd. Jeg læste godt nok en anmeldelse der beskrev det samme, og tænkte at når der ikke er en finger at sætte på andet, hvor slemt kan det med musikken så være; det fandt vi så alle ud af. Dem vi talte med på hotellet lå ikke ved poolen om dagen, på grund af musikken. Vi havde ikke mulighed for at gå på stranden, da der er stejle trapper dertil. Folk tog til stranden eller byen fordi de ikke kunne holde ud af være ved poolen på grund af musikken.

otel genel anlamda fiyat hizmet dengesi açısından iyi bir otel fakat yemek çeşitleri yetersiz , kahvaltı çok zayıf, Türk kahvesi ücretli,akşam yemeğinden sonra çerez v.b atıştırmalık hiçbirsey yok. Sahili çok küçük havuzun büyüklüğü yeterli ücret biraz daha artırılır yeme içme ve hizmet kalitesi düzeltilir se çok daha iyi olabilir havuz başındaki müzik club müziği gibi çok fazla

Mutfak fail!

Personel ve ilgi alaka kusursuzdu.Fakat yemekler ve kahvaltı için aynı şeyi söylemek mümkün değil..Mutfak olarak 4* kalıtesınde olabılır enfazla..Ayrıca havuzu boyle bır otel ve fıyat ıcın gercekten kucuk, otelın yarım kapasıte mısafır agırladıgı gunlerde bıle bunu dusunduysem,full oldugu gunu dusunemıyorum.
