"I understand these are tough times, but they have cut so far back on their services, that I would look elsewhere for a layover stay. e.g. airport shuttle only runs once per hour, so we had to wait 50 minutes at the airport on the way in, and had to miss the breakfast buffet on the way out. Another big strike: they would not offer early check in, despite the very low occupancy rate"

"We stayed here for a 6 days and we had a wonderful experience. The staff at the restaurants and hotel were very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and polite. The room was spacious and clean and a great view. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others"

"The value is there for the price. I came during the war times so thr restaurants were not all open which makes sense due to lower occupancy. It is a little further from the downtown/marina areas but a great place to kick back especially if you had kids. It seems to be a very popular destination for locals on the weekends tons of kids. I personally would have preferred an adults only concept and a la carte dining but overall theyre doing good with what that they have. The spa services are great. The beach is massive. There are a few pools to enjoy with swim up bars. There was no pool service (waitresses around the pool) bringing drinks. There was entertainment daily. "

"I absolutely love this property, I have stayed here before as well. It’s clean, it’s modern, above all the staff are very kind and welcoming. Shout out to the breakfast staff (Prayog) for the iced coffee and making our breakfast experience extra memorable! The gym is spacious. ".I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property from April 9th to 16th. I have stayed in the UAE multiple times, and interestingly, during this trip I stayed at Hyatt properties in different locations—including Dallas and Oman—and was assigned Room 616 each time. My stay at your Grand Hyatt property was overall excellent, and I truly appreciated the service and experience provided. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a billing matter. I was charged AED 700 for a couple of laundry shirts, which I found to be quite high. Given the broader challenges affecting the region, I had hoped for a more considerate approach. Additionally, at the time of checkout, I specifically asked the front desk if there were any outstanding charges on my account and was informed that there were none. It was therefore surprising to see that three days later, my deposit was released with a deduction for the laundry charges. I would appreciate clarification on: Why this charge was not communicated at the time of checkout Whether there is any flexibility regarding this charge I want to reiterate that my stay was otherwise very pleasant, and this feedback is shared in the spirit of transparency and improvement.
