"The people are amazing Raja on housekeeping Marc in the restaurant and all the staff are so happy and helpful all the time. If anything goes wrong they are there to help and fix it immediately. No request is too big or small "

"Great hotel, excellent staff and service. The team that took care of Fairmount Gold Club guests was outstanding. The housekeeping was a bit of hit and miss. On the fifth floor, the rooms were not being cleaned well. On the 7th floor, they were immaculate. The windows of the hotel were quite dirty from outside. The hotel should clean them more often.
The breakfast was excellent. I wish the hotel had another pool inside for extremely hot periods."

"We arrived early morning and had not slept, after seeing us waiting for our room someone ensured we could check in to a room early. The hotel is relaxing, tranquil and feels like a palace. I will stay here next time I’m in Abu Dhabi. "
