Nice and clean hotel. The only downside is the outer doors are not soundproof. So we keep hearing the vacuum cleaner when the housekeeping attend the adjacent rooms

Outdated! Linens and towels are clean but old and outdated. Bathroom shower was leaking, unable to fix despite multiple calls and visits to the front desk. Breakfast buffet with very limited variety, subpar. Customer service is good.

Reception staff courteous. However, we had no hot water in the kitchen all week until our last evening. We had to boil the kettle to fill the kitchen sink so we could wash up. I mentioned this to Reception every day but it was not resolved until our last evening.

Good place to stay

The interesting part was that it is an apartment hotel and they serve breakfast. Although simple it is complete. I only get fruit and an omelet, some coffee and juice. And these are fine. there is even more available. The apartment for me was actually a large hotel room with a full kitchen including large fridge, micro wave and a 4 burner stove with oven. To much for me but I loved the fridge with freezer. The people are very helpfull and friendly. There was a large TV, worked fine. Only not the satellite box, that did not work. I asked the reception three times, over three days, to repair it but nothing happened. Pitty. There is a small grocery shop very nearby. If you want to go out for dinner, get a taxi, ask at the reception. Or order delivery food at Talabat.

The hotel room was large and included a full kitchen. We had a great view and there were plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance. The staff was also very friendly.

Excellent vacation near a sea.

Excellent hotel above my expectations, well equipped clean and convenient kitchen, spacious room, clean and convenient bathroom. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel not far from shopping center and beautiful sea beach. There are well equipped gym and swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel.

Staying in nice hotel during Eid

Really I enjoyed the stay in the hotel during Eid Time . The hotel was very clean and I was very lucky because I was the first customer. The staff were very nice all of them special the manager and the receptionist. And the location near every thing such as coffee shops restaurants, and supermarkets. And inshalla another time I am going to stay in this hotels even when I am alone
