Das Personal war desinteressiert an nicht türkisch sprechenden Gästen, die Schürzen meist fleckig u dreckig, Verständigung wegen fehlender Englischkenntnisse über google Übersetzer, teils junges u ungeschultes Personal im Service, Teller werden mit einem Servierwagen abgeräumt mit die Essensreste am Tisch in den angehängten Mülleimer gekippt, teils obwohl am Tisch noch gegessen wurde, der Hauptgang wurde serviert und einfach auf noch halbvolle...

"Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Pool und Strand liegen direkt beieinander, sodass alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage ist schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Essen würden wir mit 7/10 bewerten. Es gab zwar eine große Auswahl, geschmacklich hat es uns jedoch nicht vollständig...

"Amazing resort with lots of great facilities of pool, SPA and water slides. Food was available nearly ever hour of the day as breakfast, lunch and dinner were for long hours with snacks in between. Quality of food is good if not excellent but desserts were the highlight of the main meals. The only thing I wish they could have done better is to have more English speaking staff as it’s difficult to communicate. Also, better quality of bedding as there were no duvets just scratchy sheets."
