Very nice hotel, clean room, great amenities, friendly staff. Lots of dining options nearby. The only reason for my giving 4 stars is the condition of the bathroom. Though the room is renovated the water pressure was insufficient and the drain worked terribly slow. Otherwise everything was very good.

Bathroom could use an update it had an old jetted tub which the jets looked dirty, which just made the overall shower seem dirty. They state fluffy towels which is not accurate at all, small and rough. The coffee machine was dirty, which was also dirty in the room we stayed in a month ago. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed it wasn’t fully on. Breakfast is good, staff is excellent. Ashame they increased prices because of the basketball tournaments that weekend. We paid almost double from the month prior.

Front desk staff was amazing, breakfast was a nice continental layout. The only issues we had was the towels were clean, but thin and scratchy, not fluffy. The bathtub was old school, not an enclosure.

It was ok I booked there because it said they had a spa hot tub but sadly they don’t and also they need to fix their drain pipes because the tube was stopped up the whole day

At check-in I was told that since my card couldn't swipe due to a damaged magnetic strip, I would have to provide a different card. They said they could not key the card in, nor could they use the chip. That is unacceptable for any business these days. Surprisingly then, when I told them I didn't have another card to use, they found a way to key the card in. Also, the blackout shade in our room was stuck in the down position. We had to stand on a chair and affect a basic repair in order for it to work properly. Finally, the breakfast service was woefully understaffed....no pancakes, had to wait on omelettes, no hard-boiled eggs. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Refurbished very nice. My bathroom door was kinda Grundy and scrapped up. The bathroom ceiling had paint chips falling off. Half of the channels including sports channels on Sunday could not be tuned in.

Our check-in experience wasn’t great but the room was nice and was as pictured in the app. Check-in time is 4pm and we arrived at 4:47 only to be told our room was not yet ready. The only explanation was they needed to contact the maintenance supervisor and due to our room having two beds, it was not ready yet. I have no idea what that means or what was really going on but there were several other guests that had the same problem. The hotel staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I have had way better customer service at other hotels. I would consider using this hotel again but i would hesitate for sure based on this experience.

Overall nice room, comfortable stay. The pool was OK, not as clean as the rest of the property, no towels available for use. The breakfast was on the lower end of what you would expect from the hotel such as this. They were out of several things, including fruit, juices, and other staples.

The staff was beyond incredible! They were so kind and friendly. Some of them even had me laughing. I really felt like family there. They were very clean as well. They fixed our toilet which was broke when I got there but again, when we came back it was fixed. The only issue I had was the door. It wouldn’t shut easy. I had to use a little force to shut and open it. But honestly, everything else was incredible. I would have no problem staying there again in the future.
