"Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay."

"The hotel was beautiful and seemed very traditional Moroccan. We traveled with kids and were a little disappointed that pool seemed to be more for show than for people to enjoy. At least it wouldn't have been comfortable to have kids yelling and splashing in the pool as others drank tea 2 feet away. Our room was fine but quite loud at night."

"The property was nice and the entrance was welcoming. The staff were attentive and ensured the stay was a good as it should be. The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained. Lovely hotel yet could be improved."

Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Have to wait until 3:00pm to have the room ready. Quiet area. Another hotel construction just beside so a lot of noise . Breakfast is okay . 35 min walk to place jemma and toubia tower . 15 min walk to carre eden . Thumbs up to Mr. Hamza (concierge/security) at the entrance door, always smiling, very helpful to every question , every need . Recommended and will return ."

"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. "
