"Excellent accueil de Hassan et de toute son équipe. Amabilité, gentillesse, disponibilité et réactivité sont les qualités de tout le staff. Hassan a été très compréhensif et très honnête lors de mon check-in car il n'avait aucune trace de ma réservation avec hôtel.com. "Très belle chambre dans un beau riad traditionnel, décoration originale, mais les meubles et les sols sont complètement délabrés, la porte de WC/salle de bains ne ferme pas (pas de poignée, encadrement de la porte endommagée), les WC marchent une fois sur deux... "We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored.
