"Very friendly staff, easy parking, good value for the price, only about 30 min drive from EDI."

"Parkplatz"

"10 minute walk from the kelpies, what a find."

"Lena was a wonderful receptionist. She went above and beyond."

"We booked this room last minute, as we had issues with the room we had originally booked somewhere else. We are really glad that we did. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room a good size, with comfy beds, good amenities, and it's close to Stirling Castle. I would definitely stay here again upon returning to Stirling."

"The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that."

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"First time glamping and wasn’t disappointed at all. POD had everything you need and in immaculate condition and spotless . Hot tub a huge bonus."

"The location is perfect. The hotel is an old building but has had money spent on it. We paid for half board, which worked out very good value. We got £35 towards our evening meal and a very good breakfast. My gripe with the hotel is everything is extra, parking £10 a day (we pre-booked through the company running it and it was cheaper.) The swimming pool is extra, breakfast not included in some prices too. However the food was excellent and it I would return. Staff excellent but like a lot of...

"The staff were very helpful and it is a good location, however I was not aware when I booked that we would be staying in a “lower level” room next to the pub kitchen. There are upper level rooms but it wasn’t clear choice when booking"

"シャワーが弱い"

"We had thought we booked the room shown on the website but that was not what we got. It was very plain, the bathroom needed pairing and no wall pictures or anything and the beds were terrible. Staff tried a little giving us a discount on supper, but hardly making up for our disappointment of looking forward to staying in a Castle environment. Especially with the cost."

"A lovely, cozy b&b in the charming town of Stirling. Kevin was so welcoming and attentive upon our arrival. Our room and bathroom were great, very clean and tidy. There was also free parking in front, and although I missed breakfast, it seemed like everyone else enjoyed it very much. Great stay!"

"Our run was beautiful and well maintained and equipped. Lovely old building beautifully restored."

"It was a decent place to stay but no soap in the bathroom and no Kleenex either. And no staff around whatsoever so that was a weird dynamic."
