"Great March Break programming. The pool sign up is awkward but I understand the need; a better process would be great, though. The brunch was good, we would have it again upon a return. The water slide is a highlight. We aren't Nespresso users, though. A Keurig or other simple coffee maker would be fine. At check in Francis gave us a hand, which was very appreciated as it allowed us to drop our bags and get to an appointment easily and have that already taken care of. Exceptionally helpful. "

"The apartment-style hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The sheets were crisp and white, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had most essentials, though a spatula for cooking would have been helpful. I’d also recommend bringing basic items like salt and pepper. The property doesn’t offer amenities like a pool or gym, but its location in Church-Wellesley Village, downtown Toronto is excellent within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A nice bonus was the self-serve coffee lounge, which helped save on buying coffee elsewhere. One downside was the parking garage. The entrance is extremely steep and lacks clear signage or directional arrows. After parking, we had difficulty finding the exit and accidentally ended up on an even lower level with very low clearance, exposed pipes, and beams. Unfortunately, our roof rack and antenna were scraped in the process. When we contacted management, they were not particularly helpful and simply stated that if we were able to get in, we should be able to get out. They also mentioned a height warning sign, though none of us saw it. We drove a Ford Bronco Sport so not a large vehicle. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the parking situation was frustrating enough to impact our overall experience and rating."
