The view from the room was great and the room was clean. Staff friendly. Lift not airconditioned. Spa bath was poorly laid out meaning the surrounding tiles and floor were very wet. Shower very low above bath. A couple of jets on the spa not working and the button to adjust their intensity was stuck. We had to take all our rubbish from the room ourselves and clean the cutlery and glassware.

Fabulous unit with a lovely view of the harbour. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Unit was very comfortable. Also very helpful there was a washing machines and dryers to use. Staff very friendly and helpful. Suggested Whitehaven beach tour, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again

Great accommodation with views of the ferry terminal (lots of activity) and easy walk to the main street in Airlie Beach. Local Bus transport just near the street entrance and very reasonable pricing for those who venture further. Pool refreshing and almost always devoid of other people. Spa out of action (being replaced?). Nice balcony to watch the dawn rise and the tides move whilst enjoying food prepared in your full kitchen or takeaway Thai from the restaurant on the first floor.

The bed was so uncomfortable ended up with no sleep and sore lower back. Spa jets not all worked however nice view. Not nice when OLD MEN in the vista apartments to the left of the building stare through binoculars looking at people sitting in their so called private balcony!!!

The property is self contained appartment accomodation. Very clean, excellent location less than 10 minute walk to town centre. 2 minutes to the main ferry and transfers twrminal. The staff are so kind and professional with nothing being too much trouble. A nice small pool perfect for reading, dozing and dipping when you want to cool off. A thai restaraunt within the complex is nice. It is great for families couples and friends. It is not delux and may be a bit tired but it is clean convenient and very good value

The staff were very helpful. We booked 3 rooms but arrived long before check in. They quickly prepared one room and made it available to us. We had 4 month baby and a 2 year old. That one kind gesture made the whole day not only bearable but also fun. We strongly recommend the ‘Whitsunday Vista Holiday Appartments’

Ótimo apartamento, localização muito boa, muito próximo ao Porto de Airlie e a uma curta caminhada do centro da cidade, onde se localizam os bares, restaurantes, supermercados. O serviço de quarto é oferecido somente para estadias de mais de uma semana. Por esse motivo, acho que deveriam disponibilizar produtos básicos de limpeza nos apartamentos. Como saíamos muito cedo e chegávamos após às 18 hs para fazer os passeios, sempre encontrávamos a recepção fechada e não conseguimos solicitar tais produtos

Property was old and could have done with some updating. Room the same. Not very appealing, but it did the job. Shower was over the spa, so if you were tall, very awkward and had to bend down. Once you use the products in the room, you had to purchase more from reception. Disappointing. Apart from that, property close to everything, very walkable, lots of views.

Dear Cjae. Thank you for your valued feedback.We in our description of the bath tub and shower there is a picture showing the shower rose over the bath tub. and the shower rose is adjustable. We also advertise that we are a self catering accommodation, daily servicing is not provided. We do provide on your arrival a starter pack in your apartment consisting of tea, coffee, milk, toilet tissue, soap and shampoo along with bed linen, bath towels, bath mat and tea towel. All other personal items should be brought with you, however if guest's ask for extra items we are more than happy to provide these free of charge.

Good location and awesome views over Airlie and only a short walk into town. We had a 1 bedroom unit but was quite spacious & had everything we needed including a full kitchen. Very clean. We checked in on the 17th February and the front desk guy was extremely informative and very friendly. The Thai restaurant next door was very good also. Only downfall was the outdoor spa was out of order otherwise a great stay :)

A small step up from a hostel.no air con in the bedroom so it was too hot to sleep small pokey room no private balcony and no breeze. Very old stained couch bed and kitchen. We walked out and booked into club Wyndham.

Thank you for your valued feedback.Sorry that you did not come to reception view your concerns.As there is no surname or reference number on your review I cannot check what apartment you stayed in ,all our apartments have air conditioner that provides cooling for the whole apartment. 9 out of 10 the Housekeeping staff find that guest have used the blanket in the bedroom.We also have ceiling fans in the bedroom and loungeroom. All of our apartments have their own private balcony.

Floors were not cleaned, Matteress was that old the springs were gone, we had to buy a matteress topper to make it a bit bearable Shower leaked all over the floor and the vanity tap sprayed everywhere Towel holder was just about coming off the wall and there was black gold in the bathroom

Port of Airlie와 가깝고 바다뷰가 만족스러움. 아침에 앵무새와 놀 수 있음.
리셉션이 24시간이 아니라 평일 다섯시~여섯시쯤 퇴근해 그 시간 이후 체크인 하게 되면 당황할 수 있습니다. 자기들 퇴근 후 체크인에 대한 안내를 제대로 하지 않아서 한참 헤맸습니다. 저녁시간에 운영하는 태국 식당에 가서 물어보아 해결하긴 했지만 굉장히 당황스러웠습니다. 위트선데이 지역 관광(그레이트 리프 배리어, 화이트헤이븐 비치 등)을 위한 크루즈가 출항하는 Port of Airlie에서 도보 10분 이내입니다. 바다 뷰가 좋고 아침엔 코카투 앵무새들이 찾아옵니다. 아파트형이라 조식은 제공하지 않아 미리 밖에서 사와야 하는 불편함은 있습니다. 세탁기와 건조기(주차장에 있음) 있어 여행 중 밀린 빨래 하기 좋습니다. 식당과 마트 등 편의시설이 모여 있는 Airlie beach에서는 도보 10분 거리로 약간 불편함이 있습니다.

The room and building felt ‘tired’ everything was old and worn out and on its last legs. We stayed there because of the ‘hot tub’ which turned out to be a quacuzzi bath with pretty tatty silicone around the edge. The room boasted free digital films but the quality of picture was terrible and there was no menu to find out what was on and when… I feel I paid more than what was delivered and they need to update the rooms to ask for the price they are asking. The guy at the desk was really nice though and helped out as much as he could. Sadly I would give this a 3/10 rating…

We found this a great place to stay. We had a spa unit with views to the ocean. It's very convenient to the Port of Airlie for boat trips, and there are plenty of cafes close by, with a decent walk into the main town. It's a fairly busy area so if you are on the balcony there will be traffic noise, but it's quiet enough when closed. The staff were friendly. It only had a basic kitchenette and no sofa in our spa studio, but was exactly as advertised and the spa was lovely. The bed was comfy and there were table and chairs inside and on the balcony. It was a little strange having no curtains in the window where the spa and shower are, but hopefully others can't see in! We had takeaway from the Thai restaurant at the hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. We were very happy overall.

I booked a spa suite and looking at the pictures I presumed I would get a spa looking out over the ocean but instead got one in the bathroom that was 80’s style. You could only fill it up with the shower as the tap didn’t work and when you turned it on it was filthy dirty! Obviously the lines have never been cleaned. Said sleeps 4 but that didn’t mean 4 people could fit in the tiny room with the 2 seater couch (which is also the 2nd bed). Says Vista apartments but we didn’t even get a kitchen just a dodgy kitchenette! It really would only suit 2 people but don’t expect what you see in the photos! It was way over priced for what it was and it ruined our holiday. The spa in the complex was out of order and being winter this was very disappointing! And it was very noisy! Neighbour’s constantly doing washing at all hours so we barely got to use the machine (yes shared machine) and the drier was in the car park! We booked for 7 nights but left early as we couldn’t wait to get out of there. It’s very out dated! Love the sign that says be careful cooking because if the fire alarms go off you will be charged $1200! How do I cook in a kitchenette anyhow, I couldn’t even use the kettle it was so skanky inside. Very disappointing! You will have to be desperate to stay here!

Dear Lisa Sorry we did not meet you expectations, just like to mention we have 2 spa room types 1 is called 1 Bedroom Spa Suite 2 is called Bayview Spa Suite As you have booked the 1 Bedroom Spa suite this room type does not have the spa bath overlooking the ocean. All our room types are fully described on the Wotif site.
