"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

Elevator is a rickety old coffin made in the 80s with missing buttons and things to together with duct tape, the lobby call button is held on with a zip tie, my shower head was broken so non of the water came from the main nozzle, came out the sides and the drain didn’t work quickly so if you were in there more than 5 mins the water level would rise and flood the bathroom, the toilet button was snapped off and the...

"This was by far the highlight of our trip to Morocco. Having stayed in several Riads, this was the pinnacle of our holiday. The staff welcomed us like we were family and took care of our every need. We will definitely come back here to our Moroccan home. ❤️"
