"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

"Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, dafür alles andere nicht so. Hier dürfte etwas mehr gemacht werden. Leider auch beim Pool. Mit sehr wenig könnte man da etwas wundervolles machen! Die Lage fanden wir super! Einfach nur Ruhe pur! Wir würden da wieder hin."

He was proud to share his Cretan history and eco-farming techniques with us. We thoroughly recommend his farm tour. "Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality....

"This was essentially a studio. We knew that when we booked as we need a short overnight stay. So for my family of 4 (2 teens) it worked. The only was issue was parking for my car rental. The streets were super narrow here and parking was difficult to find nearby. "
