Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so they are aware of it …ac was good there’s a Roku tv location is decent , overall little overpriced for what you get and they should definitely fix the hot water as I’m not the first to complain about it

Unfortunately not a happy customer

When I arrived at the location, I second guessed myself because the place looks kinda of abandoned as if it was out of business. When I call the phone number on the property I was told that I was at the right location. Then I was instructed to go to the area where they have at least 10 combinations locks & was given the code to unlock the keys of the room in which I’ll be staying at. So cold & impersonal is how it felt. Once upstairs then they had a lot of doors with numbers that reflected the numbers on the combination locks. Once inside I WAS NOT IMPRESSED especially for the amount of money that I paid for this dinghy & dirty looking room. The mattress was NOT comfortable, u would think that with all that money they are charging at least the mattress would be great. Ants everywhere as well mainly in the bathroom though. The water pressure from the shower horrible. Why didn’t I checked out and went elsewhere? Because there was nothing nearby that was available, I came to PR this time around to attend a family wedding, but I didn’t want to bother any family member with putting me up when there was numerous family members come from abroad.
