I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return "

We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. "Very nice "premium" property. Great amenities overlooking the water. Wonderful, attentive and interested staff. Breakfast was very good, but got booring after a few days. Some aspects of the room were a little tired and different (like the bathroom lighting was insufficient) but it was a very pleasant and spacious room.
