Worst place ever to stay. Bed sheets are dirty and stained. Pillow covers, quilt were very dirty. Mini fridge looked like somebody puked in. Bathroom floors were despicable. Will never ever stay here again

TLDR; We were extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of our room and the facilities, or lack thereof. Fridge had mould and was unusable, water from the shower overflowed when used for more than 2 minutes because of poor drainage, bedsheets had stains and the previous renters' footprints were clearly visible on 2 of the pillow covers. The staff curtly replaced the sheets (brought different set of sheets that we had to spread on top of the existing ones) and the new set was ever so slightly better. Luke warm water ran through the hot water pipes. Wifi and TV wasn't working and the staff kept repeating that it is supposed to work and will send someone up to the room to check/repair (which never happened). We had 2-nights stay in Agra and would have liked to move after seeing the plight of the room. We had tight plans for the day and did not find any better reviewed hotels near the Taj Mahal available. The staff arranged travel/ car for us and suggested place to eat nearby - no complaints there.

On nous a transférer dans l'hotel Oyo à coté du même proprio. dégueulasse, les enfants courrent et crient. Après 2 jours nous avons exigé de retourner à l'hotel que nous avions payé pour. Finalement ce fut mieux.

Comfort room and helpful staff

massive bed, helpful staffs! But little bit hard to find here. If you are first in Varanasi, I recommend you to take taxi to get there. All staff of here is very kind and help everything you need.

An agreeable hotel

An agreeable hotel near the main sites of Agra. The rooms were clean and the hotel is current undergoing redecoration. The breakfast menu was varied and the food good.

Rooms were dirty, bed sheet had stains, there were cockroaches in the room, there was a pair of fake eyelashes in the room. It looked like hourly hotel. Water pressure was very low in the shower. Saff was not courteous at all and at the time of checkout asked for tip. The mirror in the room had hand prints on them. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to landmarks, but you get what you pay for.

Hotel is close to Taj Mahal and Red Fort. Price is fair, room is large, air conditioning is cold and staff are helpful. Room is dirty you do not want to walk on the floor without shoes. Fridge was mouldy and shower had no pressure and a bad smell. There is a bucket and ladel supplied to overcome shower pressure. Ok for one night.

Friendly, helpful, comfortable, spacious

Very friendly and efficient reception staff. We were given a very pleasant family room which served us very well. The only downside is that the breakfast menu is extremely limited (we all had toast in the end).

Comfortable stay at Hotel Ashish Palace

Hotel Ashish Palace is a very nice place to stay. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Was in close proximity to important sight seeing places. Breakfast was yummy. Only suggestion would be to fix the hot water for shower. The water from Solar heating wasn't hot enough due to cloudy weather and we preferred to take hot showers during the cold weather but ended up taking with warm water. Other than that it was a nice stay. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Zentral, aber 0 Komfort!

Beim Check-In hat alles auf Anhieb geklappt. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Das Bett leider nicht sehr angenehm. hinzu kam, dass es nur dicke Wolldecken gab. Es gab also nicht wirklich frische Bettwäsche. Auf heisses Wasser muss man erst ein paar Minuten warten. Und jetzt das schlimmste: nachts eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer vorgefunden. Das Frühstück wurde uns erst gar nicht angeboten, aber uns war der Appetit eh nach dem Anblick im badezimmer vergangen. Wifi-Code bekommt man auch erst auf mehrfachem Nachfragen und dann für 2 Personen nur ein Wifi-Code. Das Hotel ist aber dafür zentral gelegen. 1,8 km bis zum Taj Mahal, da kann man auch mal zu Fuß hinlaufen. Auf der gleichen Straße finden sich verschiedene Restaurants und kleine Souvenirläden.
