"Hôtel tout neuf, très propre. Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié, salé/sucré. Chambre moderne avec balcon, vue mer magnifique. Coin piscine avec transats vaste et très agréable. Présence d'un super bar avec possibilité de restauration aussi, ouvert tard le soir; ce qui est bien pratique pour un dernier cocktail ou une boisson rafraichissante. Personnel très aimable. Seul bémol: pour atteindre l'hôtel, il faut passer dans une zone en cours d'aménagement (ancienne base militaire) et pas de plage...
"I stayed for two weeks with my 7 year old. We had a lovely relaxing time and didn’t want to leave! The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious providing lots of entertainment options from the three pools to minature golf, tennis court, cooking classes, kids club and spa. The staff are wonderful - very caring and motivated. The food is delicious, fresh, varied and plentiful. Thank you to everyone for making the stay so delightful. We’ll be back! Nicola and Leo"
"Es ist ein super schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt. Einzige Minuspunkt. Ist das etwas abgelegen? Ist man wirklich auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen brauch oder sich ein Taxi holen muss. Und das Frühstück ist auch nicht so krass. Es ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber im großen und Ganzen war es einsuper Aufenthalt. ist eher was für Paare und etwas älteres Publikum. "

"we were a family of 4 (2 teens). We had breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is steps away from the beach. The sea view we had was gorgeous . Lots of stores and shops within walking distance. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. we have stayed here each time we have come to ierapetra and will return"
"The hotel was absolutely superb, we were there for a 3 night stay at the end of a weeks villa holiday and it was perfect. Rooms were massive, food was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that we could complain about was the pool area - the pool itself is stunning and overlooks the golf course BUT there are too few loungers and too few towels!!! So we arrived on one occasion to nowhere to sit and nothing to dry ourselves with - not ideal, one family with little children...
"El personal aunque no hablase español fue extremadamente amable e intentaron buscar la manera de comunicarse con nosotros a través del inglés.
Destacó sobre todo la atención de Ramona, la de la directora del hotel y un camarero del buffet un poco más mayor pero con vitalidad y alegría para atendernos.
Fue un viaje muy bonito y nos llevamos un excelente recuerdo.

Magnifique complexe, personnel super agréable et au Top! Nourriture de haute qualité avec un accueil des plus agréable.
Ils ont un entretien hygiénique comme je n’ai jamais vue !
