"It was great for a short nights sleep in between flights. But it is 30 minutes from the airport so that was not ideal. The instructions to find the free shuttle were not at all clear and it took us,a,while to figure it out. The hotel staff were very responsive and tried to help us on the phone. "Reception staff were never welcoming or friendly, advised early arrival at 11am and they said they would advise if the room was quicker but nothing until asking again at check in time. Never once said hello when coming in or going out, were there for 6 nights. Asked for additional water for the room and directed to the bar, not helpful when provided by room cleaning staff. Rooms were clean but the shower screen was tiny and meant the bathroom was constantly soaking and well flooded after the...

"It was great if you have children - which we don't. There is a lot for them to do. The views from sea view rooms are great. And it's nice it has its own beach. The food was plenty, but not really good. We probably should not have stayed in an all inclusive."

"Struttura rinnovata parzialmente: reception molto bella come il bar vicino al ristorante principale. Spiaggia orribile: lettini sfondati e rotti, sabbia sporchissima veramente indecente. Camere completamente da rifare, corridoi con moquette sporca e sopratutto vecchia sbiadita…piscine belle ma orribilmente sporche. Domanda : non sarebbe più igienico imporre l uso obbligatorio della cuffia? Non è affatto piacevole vedere “isolotti” di capelli e altro…. Noi siamo stati in questa struttura ben 5...

"Friendly helpful staff and easy on site parking. On site restaurant not open at this time of year but alternative restaurants a short drive away. Breakfast was very good on day one but only continental breakfast served on days 2 & 3 as not many guests staying. "
