The ambiance is good the staff good but the food no much choice like it was before . Breakfast no much choice really disappointed we had to go and have dinner ouside the hotel except 1 night when we booked the Moroccan Restaurant that in the hotel was excellent. I used to recommend this hotel but now not it’s not worse the Monee I payed

The wi-fi was very spotty and the path to my room was unlit in the evenings’. I felt unsafe due to the inability to make calls or send messages to my family.

This hotel is a catastrophe waiting to happen the building is extremly outdated and falling apart, we had a non working tv in our room form the 1920s, the toilette is very old probabley from the 60s and doesn’t flash properly, the fourniture is falling apart. There is a wooden rail in the balcony that wigely and ready to com off which is a huge safety hazard, if someone leans agains it while lookinh out the balcony it could fall and the person would fall down from the third floor. There are bugs in the room because the doors and windows haven't been replaced since the hotel was built and they have holes in them that allow all sorts of bugs to get inside the room. The only positive is the staff, they are friendly but unfortunately they don't have much to work with. The food quality and Cleanliness is mediocre, although the stay was all inclusive we had to eat outside most of the time. The funny part is decpite the hotel offering rooms and amenities of a motel quality, it charges a 4 star hotel nightly rate which is outrageous.

Médiocre
Hôtel très modeste service de chambre surtout linge toujours en retard, cuisine sans goût sauf pour le restaurant marocain lequel on en a droit une fois par semaine et avec réservation. Hôtel bien situé et spacieux mais nécessite une rénovation complète.

This hotel is a disappointment. It should be degraded as it has nothing to offer. It needs total refurbishment. The room are a disgrace. The towel worn out. It did not have hot water to shower. It really should not be advertised on the site

Le personnel en général est formidable hormis les restaurants avec réservation et le service de chambre. Nourriture exécrable et denrée alimentaire non recommandés.(pas frais surment ou de mauvais qualité) raison de vomissements et diarrhée des fille je ne recommande pas ce lieux.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much fun we had, the staff were friendly, the facility was kept clean, and the entertainment staff did a good job keeping the children and adults entertained for the the whole day to the point where you really do not need to leave the facility. Will be back

Hotel mal entretenu. Ménage non réalisé. Restaurant sans choix, fade. Il faut faire 15 minutes de queue pour avoir un plat. Nous sommes restés 1 jour sans eau chaude et nous avons du faire plusieurs aller retour à la réception pour faire bouger les choses.

Bonne ambiance et emplacement idéal. Un gros effort doit être fait au niveau de la restauration, trop d' attente et qualité médiocre.(qualité dégradée par rapport au séjour précédent) sauf pour le restaurant marocain. Dommage que les autres restaurants à thèmes étaient fermés. A notre arrivée dans la chambre il manquait les serviettes et les chaises sur la terrasse. Pas de savon liquide non plus. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour correct grâce aux animateurs.

Nice average stay. Food wasn’t great. Limited choice. Rooms well out dated. Basic maintenance around the place not done to make it even feel and look better. Entertainment for kids is really good! Pool bar service is really good! Pools are great! No AC in rooms as advertised and wifi is only by the pool and reception if needed (also shockingly bad wifi).

Une superbe semaine au soleil
Le plus de l'établissement est vraiment les hommes. De la femme de ménage à l'équipe d'animation en passant par les serveurs ... Des gens vraiment au top ! Une superbe animation dans une atmosphère conviviale. A niveau nourriture, il y a un choix limité chaque jour mais c'est très bon et surtout diversifié d'un jour sur l'autre. Les chambre sont standard mais on n'est pas là pour rester dans celles ci. Je vous conseille cet hôtel

O quarto é uma deceção. o AC não aquece, nem o solucionaram mesmo após vários contactos com a receção. o staff da receção é intratável e muito pouco disponível para resolver problemas a equipa de animação é excelente e muito atenta a todos os hópedes o complexo seria muito bom há mutios anos atrás mas não foi renovado
