"Disappointed when asked for a late checkout and was denied even if the hotel was almost empty!"

"It was the perfect stay, loved the room and the bathroom was clean and really nice. Breakfast options were not much but good enough to get you fueled for the day."

"Room was clean ammenties were excellent breakfast was so so no sausage left 1/2 hour before close"

"Not in downtown"

"The location of the Harbour House was excellent. The room rate was very good and the room itself was very cozy and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel was very quiet however you could hear the murmur of conversations from adjacent rooms. It may have been because their patio doors were open and the sound carried down."

"This is our favourite place to stay in Charlottetown. This was the first time staying in the main building and I would not do it again only because there was a lot of wind noise from the windows and it kept me up most of the night. All my past stays at the GG have been amazing so I will be back but will not stay in the main building."

"Only down fall was lots of kids in the pool, it was loud , and only 1 parent for probably 15 kids"

"Great place. Modern and comfortable. Will stay again."

"The hotel was in walking distance to historic Charlottetown. Restaurants close by. Clean comfortable room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good."

"Friendly staff, comfortable and cozy accommodations."

"Beautiful hotel. Great location to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and food."

"If all you need is a clean hotel with a good bed then this is fine. But it is a "minimalist" hotel. No amenities in the room, no tv, no kettle, no reading lights, no water pressure."
