"Right from the beginning the staff was very welcoming. Hussein quickly took us up to our room after a long day of traveling and explained everything well inside of our room which had an outstanding view of the park. Peter, who isn’t even a direct employee of the resort, who is part of the security team that keeps everyone safe, always checked on us and gave us a friendly greeting when he seen us. He even helped when excursions were late and helped to translate to get the issues with the vendors that we hired. The restaurants and bars were very nice and the food was great. A couple nights we could hear the music from the Sky Lounge when going to bed but it wasn't a deal breaker. "

"My driver who takes people daily to the airport and hotels around the airport could not find the hotel. He drove by several times and said it was in a very bad area and that I shouldn't stay there."

"Fantastic place, gutted to only have a night there as was travelling on. But staff great, amazing facilities (was able to get a 5am run in the gym) - if I had longer would enjoy the pool and restaurant, and used it as base for national park. But regardless, great place - thank you!"
