We came too early for check in and were hoping we could just sit in the restaurant and wait but the hotel (male) staff SHOUTED at us from the balcony (even before we had come inside) that we are too early and “IT’S NOT OKAY” and waved us away. "Die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Kein Aufzug! Wir mussten unser Gepäck eine steile Treppe mit hohen Stufen in die dritte Etage schleppen. Kein eigener Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war echt armselig. Dafür das es im eigenen (relativ teuren) Restaurant serviert wird, war es sehr wenig. Pro Person ein kleines Stück Butter, eine Sorte bittere Orangenmarmelade und etwas Gebäck..."

"The hotel is perhaps a little dated but the views across the bay to Ajaccio are truly outstanding and the pool area is superb. Our stay was made magical by the cats that populate the grounds and by the herd of wild boar that visited in the evening, overnight and in the morning. We awoke to the grunting sounds of the boar and looked down from our balcony on them snuffling for nuts on the ground. Seeing a family of boar, with three tiny piglets, was especially magical. The staff were friendly....
