Había reservado habitación con balcón con vistas al mar pero al llegar me querían dar con vista a otro lado, el recepcionista amablemente nos dió el que habíamos solicitado en la reservación pero no se si por eso fue que la habitación que nos asignaron, 103; el baño no tiene cancel, la regadera sólo es de teléfono, no hay forma de sujetarla, muy incómodo de usar, se moja todo; espero que sólo sea problema de uno de los cuartos y...

"The hotel presented well, and staff were efficient and friendly. We arrived close to 10 pm and there were no restaurant or bar facilities open in the hotel, and so we had to seek food and drink outside. The room was good and offered all necessary amenities."

"50 year old Solo Female Traveler - this place was great! Close enough to walk from the Ferry (even with a big heavy suitcase) - rolling bag on cobblestone was pretty ok. The staff was very helpful with allowing me to store my bags, stay an extra night, etc. Quiet neighborhood, about a 5 minute walk to the nearest corner store, restaurants are plenty. Would no hesitate to recommend this place and I will use it again next time :)"

"We had the all inclusive package. The food was repetitive and similar to a cafeteria. Nothing was really outstanding food and drink wise. We left the hotel a few times to eat at local restaurants. The resort was under renovations and there was only one restaurant with strange hours. The disco and beach restaurants were not available and there was no mini club for the kids. There was one store to buy souvenirs but again with the strange hours- closed from 2 until 7pm I believe. No evening events,...

"This was an absolutely beautiful resort. We had a front facing room with an exceptional view. The beach was lovely. I would highly recommend, and the pool was nice as well."
