The shower had dark stains and a dirty shower head. There were stains on the walls and ceiling as well as the love seat that was in the room."

"Common areas are dirty like the floors, ice machines and room floors. On 3rd floor the roof has a leak which a trash can catches water. Room key did not work at 2 am. Safe parking lots. well lit; friendly staff willing to help; good complimentary coffee; good TV channels; good air con."

"We come to Las Cruces several times a year but have never stayed at this property. Due to a couple of big concerts in the area everywhere was sold out and the prices were extremely high. We were pleasantly surprised at how pleasant and accommodating the front desk was, getting us into another room since ours wasn’t ready. I was also happy with the room since it looked like everything had been recently renovated. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall we were very satisfied."
