Personel güler yüzlü olmasada yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel şehir merkezinde Adanadaki bir çok önemli yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Şehir merkezinde olmasından dolayı araç trafik gürültüsü ister istemez odalarda duyuluyor. Kahvaltısı genel olarak iyi. Konaklamamızdan ailecek genel olarak memnun kaldık.

2 yıl öncede kaldım iki aileydik konfor temizlik ikram yine cok iyiyidi personel i araç alıp bırakma ve resepsiyondakiler daha ilgili ve iyi olabilir birde 950 tl ödedik ve 797.44 tl fatura aldık eksik fatura verildi eksik kalan faturayı oteldeki fatura adresim e kesilerek bana iletilmesini istiyorum genelde memnun kaldım

Herşey güzel ama ödeme hotels.com' dan yapıldığı halde sabah otel çıkışında taksiye binerken geri cagrilmak ve tekrar ödeme talep edilmesi saçmalık.Belki o an mevcut personelin konuya hakim olmaması ama yine de bunların düzeltilmesi gerekir.

Temiz, kahvaltısı iyi otel. Pek misafirperverliklerini hissedemedik ama negatif bir yönlerini de hissettirmediler. Ek yatak isteğimizi anlamaları biraz uzun sürdü o kadar.
