Amazing stay at Senbayrak otel city

My family and I liked Senbayrak otel, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is well done, the Team is cooperative and lovely and the customer service is really helpful when i ask them for a help when my flight delayed.

Located in the center of town just about 10 minutes from the airport with taxi ($3). The mattress was hard but that is the only complaint. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, omelettes were extra pay ($1). Staff was very friendly and helpful but sometimes the language was a problem. Most people in the city only speak Turkish.

Sad to say employee would be smoking at the Hotel entrance and very often not greet guest or even look up from their phones.Balcony door in our room was broken / could not lock it for the night, it was brought to their attention.Unfortunately we will not be coming back

The staff are super wonderful and helpful but the hotel itself is very outdated and old. The A/C stopped working in One night but the technician came and fixed it on the spot and he was a very nice person. Very dark inside the rooms as the lighting is very poor. Definitely will Not consider this hotel in next visits. The parking is across the street in a very crowded area and narrow road.

Yatağın nevresimi temizdi ancak üzerine serilen örtüde çok fazla saç kalmıştı aynı şekilde odanın içindeki koltukların üzerinde saçlar vardı.

Leider keine 4 Sterne wert.

Personal sehr. freundlich. Das Zimmer zwar sauber aber alt. Schimmel im Bad in der Dusche. Die Zimmer sind leider laut, da die Klimaanlage permanent läiuft (zentral). Auch der freundliche Mitarbeiter konnte es nicht abstellen. In allen Zimmern. Frühstück super.
